  1. How do I qualify to join the contest?

  3. What type of image should I submit for the contest?
    The image should not exceed 1200 pixels. JPEG file is preferred. Maximum size of your photo should not exceed 800KB.

  4. When can I submit the photograph?
    The submission of photographs starts on the 2nd August to 30th September 2010. For more details, click here.

  5. Can I submit more than one photograph?
    No, you are only allowed to enter one photograph in this contest.

  6. I have already submitted a photograph. Can I change it to another picture if I decide to do so later?
    No. Be sure to choose wisely before submitting the photograph.

  7. Can I submit a professionally taken photograph that was shot in a studio?
    Yes. Professionally taken photographs are allowed.

  8. Does everyone have access to my photos?
    Your photo account will display the photo you have entered into our contest. It can be accessed by anyone in the public. If your child is a contest winner, then your photo will be published on our Pharmaplus website on the "Winners' Photo Page". Additionally, we reserve the right to use that photo for promotion of Pharmaplus' "Smile, Baby!" contest through the internet site, promotional printed materials and possibly child or baby magazines!

  9. How do I vote?
    In the picture gallery, pictures submitted by the contestants will be displayed. You can vote for your favourite baby by clicking on the "vote for me" icon. Instructions can be found at www.pharmaplus.com.sg/estore/vote_for_a_baby_photo.php.

  10. Can I vote for my own photo?
    Yes, you can. A vote will be automatically be given to your child's picture once you have finished uploading. You will only be able to vote again, after midnight.

  11. When can my friends start voting?
    Voting can be done the moment you have uploaded your child's photograph. Note that only one vote per day is allowed.

  12. Can I vote for someone else?
    Sure. There's no restrictions on who you can vote for. The voters would be anonymous. You're entitled to one vote per day. The counter would reset at midnight, which means that after midnight each day, you'll be able to vote for the upcoming day, again.

  13. Does voting end at the same time the contest ends?
    No, voting continues after the contest ends. Voting will only end on 15th October, at midnight.

  14. When will I know if my photograph has won a prize?
    We will inform the winners via email within two weeks after the voting ends. The winning photographs will be featured in the website too.
