Order and Delivery Policies

Refund & Exchange Policies
Due to hygiene considerations, all merchandise are non-refundable and non-returnable. The only exception is when the merchandise is, in our opinion, grossly different from what is shown or described on our eStore.

We will only accept exchanges for wrong sizes of apparel, subject to stock availability. We do not accept exchange of merchandise that is in a damaged or soiled condition, unfit for our re-stocking. Exchanges have to be made within 3 days of receipt. To exchange merchandise, contact Pharmaplus by telephone to make the necessary arrangements.

We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.

If there are defects in the product arising from damage during delivery, the customer is required to inform Pharmaplus via telephone within 24 hours of delivery. Pharmaplus will then embark on a course of action to rectify the problem in the best manner it deems fit.

Cancellation Of Order
Cancellation of orders must be communicated to Pharmaplus via telephone by the next working day during in-store opening hours? ; such cancellations will incur a cancellation charge of twenty percent (20%) of the order value. Any other cancellations after this grace period will not be entertained.

Redelivery / Re-direction
Please ensure that there is someone to receive the merchandise when delivery is made.

In the event there is no-one at the designated address to receive the merchandise that we deliver, additional charges will be applicable for redelivery or redirection. These charges vary with the different methods of delivery we employ (at our discretion).

i. Speedpost
  1. Courier will leave a note informing you that you missed the delivery.
  2. Call the number on the delivery notice immediately, or within 3 working days, to arrange with Speedpost a new convenient delivery time.
  3. It is the responsibility of the customer to liaise directly with Singpost on subsequent delivery arrangements. Further attempts to deliver may be chargeable by Singpost*. This fee will be in addition to original shipping charges already paid to Pharmaplus.
  4. After 3 working days of unsuccessful attempts by Singpost, they will return the merchandise to Pharmaplus.
  5. You will then have to make an entirely new delivery arrangement with us. Charges identical to your prior shipping charges with us will be applicable.
ii. Other Delivery Methods
If your order is delivered using any of our other delivery services, charges identical to your prior shipping charges with Pharmaplus will be applicable for any subsequent attempts after the 1st attempt.
*Opening hours are 9am-6pm on weekdays, and 9am-1pm on Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
*Charges are as per Singpost’s solicited rates, and may be subject to change. These charges are not imposed by Pharmaplus.

Kindly note that an additional charge of $10.70 will be levied for the following restricted areas:
