- Pharmaplus does not possess or claim copyright ownership of the images submitted by members of the public on this website.
- You agree that the images you submit on this website belong to you, and are not taken from another source (website, gallery, person, etc.). Should you submit images or content that you do not possess ownership of, or are authorized to utilize, you will be solely liable for any copyright violations faced.
- Parent or Legal Guardian must approve submission of the contestant's photo.
- You are not allowed to post any images or content that may be threatening, profane, arassing, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, obsence, pornographic, librlous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially-discriminatory, or ethnically discriminatory on this website.
- Please note that Pharmaplus is not able to prevent any parties from taking or using the images you submit in the website. Pharmaplus will not be held responsible if the images you submit are used by others for own personal or corporate usage.
- Pharmaplus reserves the right to terminate any user accounts, or remove any images when they deem it violates the terms of use of this website.
